Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99! We ship all of our orders with Canada Post. Your order will generally be shipped within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. It will generally take 1-3 business days for shipping within Ontario, and 3-5 business days outside of Ontario. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can see exactly where you order is while it is on the way to your doorstep!

We know that some are apprehensive about ordering online when concerned about fit and size. We also want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so are pleased to offer free returns.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are final sale and my not be returned or exchanged. If you want to return an item that you have purchased, please follow the below instructions.
How to Send your Return or Exchange
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Some items that are marked as clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com and indicate your name, date of purchase and the item you would like to return. Please also indicate if you would like a refund, or an exchange. If you would like to exchange please advise us of the alternate size or style that you would like and we can confirm if available. All domestic orders ship with a PREPAID return mailing label. All you have to do is package the item, and drop off at any Canada Post office for mailing. (The return label is prepaid so you are not required to do anything else on your end.) Please include the packing slip that came with your order and indicate on the slip which item you are wishing to return and the reason.
If you would like to use a different mail carrier to return your item, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return. (Additional charges may apply for customers outside of Canada)
If you are eligible for a refund, it shall be made through Paypal to the same account that was used for the purchase. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping costs.
Returns & Exchange Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. If we receive an item that is damaged, washed, worn or used we will be unable to facilitate the exchange or issue a refund.
